ED recommends Tagwirei, nine others for Senate posts

President Emmerson Mnangagwa has recommended 10 people for appointment as Senators.
The 10 include businessman Kudakwashe Tagwirei, Zanu PF Harare provincial chairman Godwills Masimirembwa, Mashonaland West provincial chair Mary Mliswa and former Cabinet Minister Makhosini Hlongwane.
Others are Jabulani Sibanda, Zanu PF provincial chairman for Bulawayo, Nokhutula Matsikinyere and Lucy Chitaga.

Speaker of Parliament Adv Jacob Mudenda named those recommended by the President during the National Assembly sitting.
He said the nominees “have been recommended for their professional skills and other competencies.”
